# Shares

> The Admin Dashboard Shares tab — platform-wide oversight of what's been shared, by whom, and with whom.

The **Shares** tab on the [Admin Dashboard](/features/admin-dashboard) gives administrators oversight of [shares](/features/shares) across the entire platform — every share, regardless of who created it. For how shares work for users, see [Shares](/features/shares).

Unlike most tabs, the Shares tab has **no search box and no Add button** — shares are created by users in the app, not here. This tab is for reviewing and managing existing ones.

## Columns

| Column           | What it is                                  |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------- |
| **Date**         | When the share was created.                 |
| **Sender**       | The user who created the share.             |
| **Recipient(s)** | The users the share was sent to.            |
| **Project**      | The project(s) the shared assets belong to. |
| **Assets**       | How many assets are in the share.           |
| **Actions**      | **View**, **Edit**, **Delete**.             |

A share can carry more than its asset list — recipient feedback/voting, questions, tags, languages, and notes from the sender. **View** opens the share to inspect these; **Edit** opens the share form; **Delete** removes it.
