# Quickstart

> Your first few minutes in Pixwel — from signing in to previewing an asset, ordering a localized version, and downloading the result.

New to Pixwel? Here's the shortest path from signing in to getting something done. Each step links to the full detail when you want it.

    Open Pixwel and sign in. What you see is shaped by your [role](/features/user-roles) — studio teams, regional contacts, vendors, and guests each get a different view.

  <Step title="Find a project and asset">
    Browse to a [project](/features/projects/overview) and open an [asset](/features/projects/assets) — a trailer, TV spot, or piece of key art. Play its [preview](/features/projects/files) to review it in the app.

  <Step title="Order a localized version">
    Need it subtitled, dubbed, or adapted for a territory? Place a [work request](/features/work-requests). You choose the territory, language, and what to localize, then track it through to delivery.

    When deliverables are ready, [download](/features/downloads) the files or [share](/features/shares) them with colleagues, partners, or outside guests.
