# Workflow awaiting materials

Workflow-style orders are async by nature and multiple areas of work can be going on simultaneously.

Workflow orders transition from `CREATED` to `AWAITING_MATERIALS` immediately after creation.

## Sections

### Dubbed

* Vendors do all of the work here. The territory is not required to complete or approve anything

### Graphics

* Vendors upload cards that territories need to approve.
* Territories can reject cards and leave comments.
* Vendors can upload new versions of cards, and resolve comments.

### Subtitled

* Territory is responsible for all of this. They submit translations are mark them complete. The act of marking it complete also approves it.

### Behavior

* Sections show green checkmarks when the section is completed and approved.
* In most cases, a section needs to be marked complete before it can be approved.
