Dubbed
- Vendors do all of the work here. The territory is not required to complete or approve anything
Graphics
- Vendors upload cards that territories need to approve.
- Territories can reject cards and leave comments.
- Vendors can upload new versions of cards, and resolve comments.
Subtitled
- Territory is responsible for all of this. They submit translations are mark them complete. The act of marking it complete also approves it.
- Re-uploading a transcription resets its translation(s) to
incomplete. The subtitler-derived downloads (SRT/ASS/CSV) are gated on the translation’s live status, so they disappear immediately when this happens — not just on next page load. The uploaded “Download Translated Script” button is gated only on the translation having a file attached, not on its live status — so it can remain visible after a reset.
Behavior
- Sections show green checkmarks when the section is completed and approved.
- In most cases, a section needs to be marked complete before it can be approved.
